Oh happy days! Laughter, what a gift?
I’ve just wiped my eyes from the laughter I shared with my partner. To repeat what we were laughing about probably wouldn’t translate to the gut wrenching laughter that we just shared.
But, with that thought in mind, I know, through research, that laughter is one of the world’s best medicines.
Laughter Terminology – for those of a certain age who missed the following 
- ROFL = roll on floor laughing
- LMAO – laugh my ass off
- LOL = laugh out loud
Let’s give ourselves a daily dose of laughter therapy.
